Old PCs which comes with old Window programs are probably slower. Yet, doesnt mean you must check the new computer models in town.
Although not everybody would agree, old personal computer programs are less complicated and very easy to make use of. Its convenience is because of its simplicity. It is normal for old PCs to slow down just a little bit. But then again if your computer takes 15 minute booting up and another 10 minutes to load even a basic Microsoft Office program then something is wrong with your PC. > Delete any unused programs.
Your computer may be keeping applications that havent been used for years. Scan the programs listed in the add/remove programs menu in the control panel. Remove the software you havent accessed for a very long time. Freeing up disk space will no doubt speed up your windows program.
